About the casebook
How Agency Guide builds its casebook
Agency Guide is a casebook of 19 Australian marketing, branding and creative agencies, filed by specialty. Every entry starts from the agency's own website: what it says it does, where it says it works, and the pages that back both up.
Specialties on file
Web design is the busiest specialty, with 16 agencies. An agency can be filed under several specialties at once. A specialty earns its own browse page once three or more agencies share it; 5 do today: web design (16), digital marketing (8), custom software development (5), app development (3) and ecommerce development (3). Smaller specialties still appear as tags on each agency's page.
What counts as Australian
Each entry quotes one piece of Australian evidence and links to where it was found. Right now 14 agencies publish an Australian office and 5 describe work carried out in Australia. A .com.au address is not enough on its own, and neither is a client quote that happens to mention Sydney or Melbourne.
What stays out
There are no star ratings, client reviews, awards, headcounts or years in business here, because none of that can be checked against the agency's own pages. Agencies are never ranked against one another. Lists run from A to Z, so the first card is simply the first name in the alphabet. If a site gives no city or phone number, the entry has none either.
Keeping entries right
Every agency page shows the day its sources were read. The current casebook was checked between 22 September 2026 and 24 September 2026, and a date only changes when the pages are read again. To fix or remove an entry, email support@agencyguide.com.au. Include the agency's page on this site and a link to its own site that shows what should change.
